Vintage Eccentricity

Today we went to see my Grandad down in Audlem.

They were having a special parade and a show for lots of crazy old things and also the cars that they drive.

As well as cars there were also motorbikes and vans and lorries and tractors and a bus which was Daddy's favourite.

There was supposed to be a helicopter, and something called a Spitfire, but they couldn't come because it wouldn't stop raining.

Best of all there was a fair for kiddies, and I went on the swings and roundabouts which was brilliant, but I couldn't go on the bouncy castle because it was too wet.

Nearly Swimming

It is nearly the end of our holiday in Bulgaria because we are going home tomorrow.

I have still been swimming every day and putting my face in the water. I can really swim now, I actually can you know.

At least, I can until I need to breathe.

I spent today playing in the swimming pool with my big boys Ryan, Lucas and Jake. It was a lovely way to spend my last day.

In the afternoon I went to the other pool with the slide for a while and I played on the slide and then swam by myself to the steps.

Horses

Earlier this week my Mummy and I had our picture taken by an man called Yuri, who is an artist, so that he could paint a lovely portrait of us, and today we got the finished picture from him. I think it's brilliant because Mummy and I look like the gorgeous girls, and we are.
Tonight we went riding on some horses.

First I went for a ride on a pretend horse, which was quite good fun.

Then Mummy and I went for a ride down the beach on some real horses and that was much nicer.

Waves And Parrots

Today we went to a new water park - well, actually it wasn't very new, it was quite old... but it was a different one from the one we went to before.

There was a special pool with lots of slides for kiddies and I went on one of the big ones, but I bumped my head so then I just went on the smaller ones. It was great fun.

There was a stream running round it and Daddy and I laid on a doughnut and Mummy got on another one, and we all had a little rest while we floated round, but Daddy and I floated round twice because we missed the place where you get out.

There was a wave pool there as well, and I played with Mummy and Daddy while the waves bounced us up and down.

It was lovely, until it started raining and then it started to thunder and lightning and we all had to hide inside because the rain was bouncing up very high off the ground.

After our dinner there was a special parrot show where they did lots of clever things like riding a bike and counting, and one of them sat on my shoulder.

Swimming in the clown pool

I am still swimming lots and lots in the clown pool, and Ryan is still my best big boy.

This evening we went to a special place where you can dress up in old clothes like people a long time ago and have your picture taken.

Mummy and I got to wear very beautiful dresses and Daddy got to wear a silly hat.

After that I went on the trampoline again and bounced very high because it is brilliant fun.

Boing!!!

Today we caught a bus into Sunny Beach, which was very crowded and hot, and then we caught another bus to Nessebar, which was also crowded and hot.

There is a new town and an old town at Nessebar and we went to the old town, which is actually quite old, but still nice - and the harbour is quite new, actually.

There are some old buildings there, like a church which is so old they couldn't even build a roof on it, and lots of shops.

Some of the shops had animal puppets which are really fun and I love playing with them.

In the evening we went back to Sunny Beach for our dinner, and then I had a go on a special trampoline with bungee ropes to make you go Boinggg!!! It was totally brilliant and the man made me bounce really high.

Water Slide

The place where the apartments are is called a complex, and one of the things that is there is a boat where you can climb and sit if you are a big girl like me.

I am still doing lots of swimming in the clown pool and trying to put my face in the water like Daddy says. There are some lovely big boys who are not Russian who play there as well.

One of them is called Ryan like in High School Musical and he is my best big boy. It is lovely to play with them.

We made a very special discovery today, which is that one of the pools across the road has a water slide! It is just the right size for big girls and I had a brilliant time playing on it, except that there is only water going down it some of the time and when it stops you can't play on it any more.

Mummy and Daddy got me a special lovely hat to wear, and I wore it to go to Sunny Beach today.

We went on a special train when we were there which drives around the road with the people sitting in the back.

Shrek, Swimming and a Slide

I love Shrek and Fiona and Donkey and today I pretended to be Dragon by sticking my head through a picture, which was very funny.

We found a really nice swimming pool which has a shallow bit for big girls like me and a deep bit for Mummies and Daddies. It also has a big clown in the middle.

I did lots of swimming in it and played with my Daddy.

Tonight we went back to the kiddies' fair, which is in a place called Sunny Beach, and I had another go at painting.

This time I did a beautiful Minnie Mouse, but I didn't do the colours the man wanted me to do; I did the colours I wanted to do.

I also went on another big inflatable slide, which was good fun, and a bouncer, which was even better.

It bounces you up and down, so you don't know when you are going up and when you are going down. If you put your hands in the air it is even more fun.

Water Park

Today we went to a place called Nessebar where there is a water park, which is a place full of swimming pools and big slides and lots and lots of water.

I went on a very big slide with my Daddy. We sat on a double doughnut with him on the back and me on the front. It was good fun until we came out of the end and then we tipped up because he is much bigger than me and I hurt my back so I didn't go on any more big slides, but I did go on some little ones on my own.

Afterwards we went to a little park for kiddies and I went on a big slide and I also did some painting. You could choose one of the things and then paint it so I chose a lobster like in Ariel and painted it.

There were people singing and playing music in all the restaurants. There was a lady singing and I thought she was really good.

Bulgaria!

Yesterday we got a taxi to the airport which was really Bryan and then we got a plane to Bulgaria which is a long way away but I made friends with another nice girl on the plane so it seemed very quick.

It was very late when we got here, but today we are in Bulgaria for our holidays and to have a lovely time. I am going to swim loads and loads and be a real mermalaid, just like Ariel.

We are staying in our apartment, which is really nice, in a special place for people who are on holiday. There are lots of pools and things like climbing frames which you can only climb on if you are a big girl like me.

We are next to the sea, so there is a little beach as well, but it is completely full of people called Russians so that you can't even see the sand or walk on it, never mind make a sand-castle.

I think we are going to have a lovely lovely holiday.

Natalia and Her Mummy - Part 2

Today I went to the park with my Natalia and her Mummy and my Mummy and Daddy and the puppies. We climbed trees and the climbing frame and fed the goslings, which are very big now.

We all went for dinner in a place called The Stables, but then Natalia and her Mummy had to go home on the train again. I was very sad because I love them.

After we came home, Karen came round and she had a present for my birthday, because she was on holiday. It was an inflatable motorbike with a gun that squirts water over Mummies who are sunbathing next to the pool, for me to take on holiday next week.

Afterwards Mummy was very tired.

Natalia and Her Mummy - Part 1

My Daddy has a very lovely old friend called Debbie who is one of my odd-parents and she is Natalia's mummy, so that makes Natalia my odd-sister. Natalia is my best big girl, and they came to visit us today for a sleepover.

I went in the car with Daddy to meet them at the station, and then I went to my dance lesson. Afterwards we all had lunch in the Deli, and then we went into Benetton and Natalia and I both got the same tops.

There was a summer fete on at the library with a competition to make the best scarecrow. We had made a lovely scarecrow called Flora in Pre-School at Rompers, but it didn't win even though it was the best one. There was also a bagatelle competition where you have to fire marbles around aboard and you get point for which holes they go in. I scored 320, which was the world record so I won a gorgeous dolphin called Daisy.

Tonight we went for our dinner in the Sekander, and I introduced Natalia to my friends Saleh and Arman and the others.
