Water and Sunshine

Sometimes when Daddy remembers the bread we go and feed the ducks and geese and coots in the park. Me and Mummy went to feed them this week and we tore up the bread into little bits and then threw them on the water. When we got back home I went in my paddling pool for a while and Daddy tipped water on me.

Later on we went to Zak's Grandaddy's house for a barbecue and Tyler was there as well. It was very hot and Bryan sprayed the hose at me and Baba Zak. It was very funny and we ran away.

Back Home

It was nice to get back home and to get nice sausages and dinners. The headache in my belly has gone away again now and by Wednesday I didn't need to wear a nappy any more and I went back to Nursery and saw all my kiddies and took them some nice sweets from my holiday.

On Tuesday Mummy was doing a special night to get some money for the kiddies in a place called the Gambia so they can go to school. It was in Mustard and I helped Laura to chop the lemons, then Karen played with me until Daddy came back from London.

It was nice to see Sister and Bryan and Baba Zak again as well - and Dave in the Deli, but he is not going to be in the Deli any more because he is going to work in a hotel.

We went to the park and I took my scooter - I am the world's best scooter girl and I can go very fast.

Big Slides!

One of the best things about our holiday was the really big water slides. I was a bit too scared to go on them on my own, but I went on my Daddy's knee. Sometimes they were very fast and sometimes they were a bit slow and Daddy had to push, but there was always a big "Wheeeeee, splash!!" at the end. We went on lots of times every day, except when I was too ill.

Sometimes in the evenings we went into the village and I played in the little playground there and got a Liverpool kit with Torres on the back.

On Friday we went to the seaside and it took ages in the car. The beach wasn't much good but I had a proper sausage with chips and it was lovely. When Daddy and I were on the beach it got very windy and everything blew away and we had to hurry to get off the beach. Mummy was going to be flying in the sky [paragliding] but it was too windy and some people got blown away into the sea so Mummy and Daddy couldn't do it.They were supposed to do it a few days earlier but I was too ill.

We are going home tomorrow to see our puppies.

Feeling a Bit Better

I have been very sick for the last few days. I had to go to the toilet all the time and I had a bad headache in my tummy. I was very hot and was sick a couple of times and my tummy felt too bad to eat or even drink. Mummy and Daddy took me to the doctor and we got lots of medicines for me to take. They have made me feel a bit better, so today I am well enough to go back out to the pool again, but I still have to wear nappies like a baby all the time.

Izzy was pleased to see me back to play with again, and let me wear her brother's goggles.

Hot and Bothered

The food in the Steak House wasn't any better than the rest of the food here, but it was nice to watch the froggies. I woke up in the middle of the night and I was very hot and I had a bad headache in my tummy. I'm not feeling very well today and I'm still very hot, but Mummy and Daddy tried to keep me cool by playing in the pool.

This is the little kiddy's pool where I do most of my swimming and playing, but it's not really deep enough for swimming. It has 4 little slides in the middle, and I like to play on them with my friend Izzy. She is from Wales.

Still on Holiday

We are still in Turkey, and the weather is still brilliant, but the food is a bit rubbish. Tonight we are all dressed up to go to a special restaurant called the Steak House to see if I will eat any of it. There are lovely, lovely froggies in the pond outside the Steak House.

Turkey

Here we are in Turkey on holiday and it's very hot and sunny. We have been spending a lot of time in the swimming pools - there are lots of them - and here is a picture of me and Mummy in one of them which has 3 slides. I have been on all of them, but then I bumped my head on the rainbow slide which is very fast, and now I'm a bit scared to go on them again... but I still go on the rainbow one with my Daddy. I went in the Club to play with the other kiddies once but I'm having too much fun playing with Mummy and Daddy so I don't want to go back.
